No. Thats for women. Most men drastic growth happens well over puberty unlike women. Men drastic growth is witnessed from 15-22. Rare cases like myself and few others grow till 29. I was 5'11 at 18 till 25yrs. All of a sudden at 28-29, I grew 4inches to 6'3....I mean big like Kanu Nwankwo and Ibrahimovic that my secondary school and university friends can't believe it. It's called late growth spurt.
