The prosecution yesterday applied for an adjournment because both the prosecution counsel and star prosecution witness Michael Wetkas were to appear before Justice Ademola at the Federal High Court. Prosecution counsel Rotimi Jacobs has since clarified that they're ready to be back at the CCT next week but they're unable to give a specific date because the only other member of the tribunal could not be immediately reached to say what date he will be available next and being currently a 2 man tribunal, only the chairman cannot sit and as soon as he's reachable a new date will be fixed and announced. |
