Well wih every passing year the cut off would only get higher and competition stiffer.

I can assure you that if 200 doesn't get you in his year, it sure as he'll won't get you in next year simply because the volume of people who require admission would double.

It's laughable because peeps only look at the short term effect. It sounds good on paper but is a catastrophe waiting to happen for those who want to wait for 3 years.
