Those are modified Landing Craft. An amphibious hardware has propeller to operate in water and wheels to operate on land.

Just do the comparison or google images for amphibious vehicle.

I know this boats very well.

The word "Amphibious" in this instance refers to the NA men in the boat and not the boats seen in the picture by OP or the Twitter handle.
