Yes you can, perfumes, lotions, lipsticks and all Beauty products can be Stored in refrigerator as they stay fresh for a long time.

actually some lotions have the storage information on the back telling you how the lotion should be kept, especially if it is medicated.

But, I know a few people that keep their lotions in the fridge when Summer/hot weather strikes , it holds off the instant sweating that comes with warm lotion in hot weather, n for those who use bleaching creams... It's one effective way to keep it from Turning brown and Causing sweat when applied on the skin.

So storing your lotion in the refrigerator is safe and not some kind of madness or what you think.. If your room is Air-conditioned then you can just store it on the table provided the room is often Cool...
