hello somebody should pls help me ooo

I just bought a new Airtel sim, and registered it, I bought 1k recharge card so I can subscribe for their Bb plan, after the line was activated I recharged my new sim with the 1k card and tried to subscribers with the *431# short code for Bb subscription but it told me DAT the it is temporary out of service that I should try again later, which I did for up to 3 times then I later checked my account balance and my 1k is gone, I dialed the *140# code to check if it had already subscribed but I got a message saying I did not register for any data plan!!! but my 1k is gone!! I have called their customer care countless times but no body is picking for up to 30 mins!!!

Just be patient and continue to phone them,they'll refund your money

Use another person Airtel line and call them. Hopefully they will pick. Some of this delay in picking also has a SIM card factor to it. As for exercising patience, I will advise you keep calling their customer care otherwise you might lose the money.
