VICTORY AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL

The Kogi State debacle is getting to its crescendo, even though a Supplementary Governor was sworn in January. This was so to avoid a lacuna in the Polity.
Having said that, we want to first of all commend all the Audu/Faleke Supporters who heeded to our plea to avoid engaging in any form of disrupting the peace being enjoyed by Kogites. To you who made it possible, our grateful thanks.

We want to reassure us that in a matter of hours, our mandate shall be restored. Our fight is not against the person of Alh. Yahaya Bello but against the hasty INEC who thought they knew it all, by refusing to approach the Court for interpretation of the scenario that befell us
on the 22nd of November, 2015. Unfortunately for them, the same Court they neglected will determine the whole process and if possible, to the Supreme Court until the matter is nipped in the bud.

Finally, we still want to appeal to all Kogites to be
prayerful, remain calm because we are optimistic that our mandate shall be reclaimed. The atmosphere as well as the boring circumstances surrounding the current leadership attest to the reality that all is not yet well until justice prevails. We shall remain true to this just course until our dear State becomes a reference point for others
to emulate.

God bless Kogi State and Nigeria our dear nation.

Done with the intro of the petition Justice Halima continued "At the conclusion of hearing, parties file their written addresses and same adopted by this court. We will now Start with the preliminary objections file buy the 1st respondence. NIHI live from Jabi.

Update....
Tribunal has careful read the preliminary objections and held that no new issue were raise by the petitioner to warrant striking out paragraph 2 of the petition....... ... I hereby dismissed the objections raise by 1st respondence NB: Bello is the first respondent INEC is the second respondent. -NIHI
