GenBuhari:
Have they not been steling oil for decades through their multinational oil companies.
Point of this thread is to expose their hypocrisy, in pretending to be helpful when in reality they are secretly sabotaging us.

so you know they are thieves and you are calling on them to help continue the armed robbery of niger delta oil?
what makes you better than the robber baron then?
and why wouldnt they and the niger delta people cut you out of the deal?
the less people to get a share, the more the people at the table get to share.
you ipob yoots should go and look for another thing to do.

Before Nigeria's independence The British understood the ethnic configurations of the fake nation they created and it was just like everything made to benefit them economically, aware of the backward nature of the North and it's despotic system of leadership they had a deal with them to gain unfettered access to Nigerian resources while they will guarantee them power and a share of those resources which normally doesn't belong to the north. So as someone said above they've been helping them to perpetuate the fraud called Nigeria and if not the North all these multinationals would have been sacked long ago.

Buhari's trip to London both before his election and even this recent one has always been for support based on the premise stated above. I said it then and i still stand on it. The problem with this setup is it's hierarchical nature, since the North agrees to be subservient to Britain the conditions are always dictated by British and now American objectives rather than nothern myopic agendas, in this instance the north has not really deciphered what the British objectives are and are becoming uncomfortable working within the framework they found themselves.

Funny part is Nigeria is going to the dogs and the resulting mess will neither favor the North, South, east nor West. The Imperialists however will be congratulating themselves on a job well done after the whole system is in motion.
GenBuhari:
So are the multinationals who has been stealing pumping our oil not linked linked to US and European governments? Try and reason logically abeg.

I kind of see your point, and suspect you are right that Buhari's trip for ear infection treatment in UK was a smokescreen for secret discussions with Western powers; because it was during that trip that his forex policy was abandoned for the forex policy of devaluation / "flexibility" the West and IMF had been pushing for. Disappointing.

Some people reasoning Sha.

So the western world should repair your destroyed pipelines that is your major source of income?

Pipelines destruction that would have been averted by dialog but the President decided to play the Actor.

The humanitarian aides provided for the IDP's which is for the rescue of human lives what has happened to it thus far?

We will keep singing that Nigeria is an independent nation and does not require orders from any nation on how to run its affairs and still cry fowl when they allow you take responsibilities for your mess.

Just go and get married so they will come and impregnate your wives for you.

All of you typing up there have arrived at the 'y' in hypocris-y and am really afraid for u lots.

We really need to be recolonised again for a century.

They should bother with us anyway. As David Cameron said. This place is fantasticly currupt. They don't have any vested interest in us. Everyone complaining about multnational companies stealing is a little strange. Didn't they get permission from Nigerian gov.

Why hadn't Nigerian government that had all land and mineral right govrnment given contract to Nigerian companies?

Next question to ask why did they did we allow them to run oil business at all? They ran it into ground, refineries don't work and need to be sold off.

When Nigerian politicians steal they take money to Western banks. They gladly except money use it to develop their country and laugh at us for being idiots.

Simple.
We do not have the required technology since we do not value education for ALL our children that focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics- STEM.
Is that not so

Is that not what we are? Idiots
Don't we keep electing these same rogues as our leaders looters to rule ruin us every time?
From the LGA to the state to the federal tiers of government.
Both in the executive and legislative arms of government.
So who should we blame for our FOOLISHNESS and idiocy apart from ourselves?
Who?

mohaMADbuari:
President Muhammadu Buhari, who spoke briefly on Wednesday with Sky News’ Diplomatic Editor, Dominic Waghorn, after he delivered his keynote address at the Commonwealth event, agreed with the British Prime Minister, David Cameron, that Nigeria is a “fantastically corrupt” country.

President Buhari made the admittance to Sky News’ Diplomatic Editor, Dominic Waghorn in London.
In the 29 seconds chat minutes monitored by our correspondent, Waghorn had pressed president Buhari to know whether Nigeria Nigeria was “fantastically corrupt”, surprisingly, the president admitted.

The chat went this way:

Sky news: Will you like an apology from the prime minister?

Buhari: “No, no not at all”

Sky news: Are you embarrassed by what he said?

Buhari: “No I’m not.”

Sky news: Is Nigeria fantastically corrupt?

Buhari: “Yes very corrupt”

But according the Correspondent, Senators Chukwuka Utazi, chairman, senate committee on anti-corruption and financial crimes and Dino Melaye were not happy with Cameron’s comment on Nigeria.

For Utazi, “I am taken aback. I am not happy about it,” while for Melaye, it was “reckless” and “demeaning”.

Below is the video of the interaction posted on the news medium’s website.
