Most ladies are usually afraid when that time of the month rolls around for them to experience their menstrual period, though they go through it negligent of the fact that theres a natural remedy that can make them go through their periods without much pain.
Here are 5 organic remedies for Menstrual pains-

1. Use supplements:
Use some muscle easing supplements such as, calcium and magnesium supplements for the whole month. Get as much as 1000mg of calcium and 500mg of magnesium daily. However, if you produce loose stools, minimize the dose.

2. Take some tea:
Take a cup of raspberry leaf tea each day for the whole month. Remember that you are searching for the herbal tea, not raspberry-flavored black tea!

3. Take green vegetables:
You tend to get magnesium, calcium, and so many other micronutrients from dark greens vegetables. These nutrients are good for helping with muscle contractions. They can also be cleansing, which is good for the body in “stagnation” periods. Also, dandelion greens, which are quite bitter have a mild diuretic effect, which reduces bloating.
