Please someone help withy infinix hot note x551.

1. It doesn't delete messages or songs. If I delete any of these items they reappear after a few days.

2. I can't access my office email in the mail options. It keeps validating server settings then eventually it fails.

What am I not doing right.

Someone pls advice on how to solve these problems.
