Some APC delegates, who allegedly surrendered their PVCs for patronage are demanding for the return of their PVCs. A delegate, who was a victim and does not want his name in print, told Vanguard that he was one of the delegates that were summoned to the residence of a chief along New Lagos Road where their PVCs were allegedly collected under the guise that they were taking them to help them get employment.
