Dear Nigerian Youths,

The #NotTooToungToRun Bill will be having its second reading tomorrow by 10am. The Bill seeks to alter the Section 65, 106, 131, 177 of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) to reduce the age qualification for the office of the President and Governor and Membership of the Senate and House of Assembly. The Bill seeks to adjust the age qualification to the following:

Membership of National Assembly: 33 years

Membership of House of Assembly: 35 years

Election as Governor: 30 years

Election as President: 30 years.

Contact your Representative and ask him to vote in support of this Bill. Visit http://www.shineyoureye.org/position/representative/
for your representative's contact.

Please share this information with as many people as you can before 10am tomorrow morning. It is time for Nigerian Youths to play active roles in Government.

We should absolutely support this.

It is one of the ways we can actually make a change as opposed to just sitting at home and typing form our phones.

We need more young people in government. Fresh people, fresh ideas. Well travelled, intelligent young minds not recycled, old-fashioned politicians with their obsolete ideas and mannerisms.
