Here are some questions though.
1. Will the programme of event also follow the Lagos template?
2. Where exactly in Iwo road will it be held?
3. Has the lecturer issue been sorted?
4. Do we have a Nairalander(s) who is/are spearheading the organization of the Iftar?

Iwo road is a popular location in Ibadan...from any part of Ibadan just take a taxi or bike to Iwo road. When you get to Iwo road (if you coming from Sango, UI, Mokola, Bodija, Gate, Eleyele, Apata via Mokola, Ring Road via Dugbe, Samonda axis, you will get to Aroma before getting to Iwo road while people coming from other axis will get to Iwo road before Aroma), ask anybody to direct you to Aroma eatery along Idi-Ape road. Same road where Arisekola Mosque is located.

walk pass under the bridge, ask for d location of the eatery(Choppies Fast Food) . D mosque is just beside. D guys selling wears after d eatery wud direct u in...don't tink dey r familiar with d name of d mosque though but its right inside d compound .

I was at the Ibadan's joint iftar and it's really wholesome. The lecture was soul-inspiring and the meal was ahhhhhh lalacious. Jazakimullah to the host, NAMUSORG and Nairaland in general.

ibadan iftar was a very great one for a first edition. the lecture was so touching and an eye opener. i say jazakumllah to the lecturer, the host, everyone that works toward making this year's ramadan iftar (ibadan) a reality. may Allah (SWT) in His infinite mercy spare us to witness more of it on the surface of earth and may He (Allah) accept our deed as an act of ibadah. really had a great day
