His predecessor was busy building new govt house, state secretariat, international conference centre, annexing govt lands at old ministry of lands, old timber and old market at gate to build duplexes that will be auctoined at exorbitant rates. Abia State Governor Okezie Ikpeazu with his wife, Nkechi today flagged off the Free School Meal programme in the state. The scheme will see Govt providing a free lunch to pupils in Abia Primary Schools on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
