You can drop out from any University, as long as you know what you are doing and where you are heading. It should be for a definite purpose, to achieve a realistic goal and not for laziness. Bill Gates and Mark knew they couldn't cope with school and their programming not because they thought they were smarter, so they focused on their work giving it their all.
