I am in the early stages of starting a cinema house with a capacity of no less than 600 seats and I have been trying to find out about if licencing is compulsory or not. Nothing is coming up through google as regards to Nigeria and the NBC website only mentions licensing for broadcast stations. Is it a virgin ground with no legislation? |
