ifevictor: I don't see a state dominating another in true federalism. All states minds their businesses and it has nothing to do with SS/SE. |

DEAFandDUMB: When compared to the kind of federalism we practice in Nigeria today, true federalism will be so wonderful.Would you want to spoon feed your kids for the rest of their lives? If no,compare it with the way federal government gives hand outs termed allocation to the states. It's the worse kind of governance in the world. |

It's a big shame the way some people engage in insults on the internet It's highly uncalled for and I really think Nairaland should frown at it Imagine a whole page on an interesting and educative write-up as this being dominated by fathers or would be fathers throwing expletives at each other If I don't see anything wrong in hurling insults at people on a public space, I will definitely not see anything wrong in jungle justice, ritual killing, raping, stealing public funds, election rigging etc And yet, we want Nigeria to be great. Not by following such ignoble path God bless |

jpphilips: When a politician is well aware beforehand that he'll have to hustle to get funds to run his state rather than rely on Abuja for pittance, he'll think twice before running for public office. I hope you can figure that out. |

Shewunoshewa: Have you ever seen any Nigerian politician hustling to generate funds? in that position, they will tax away your soul. You will be Hustling while the government will be collecting. 2 Likes |

jpphilips: How will they do that when they can easily put on their thinking caps and go into profitable businesses? The average Nigerian politician we have on the scene now will give way to those who really want to serve. |
