Please help, the gionne s + phone I bought in January at slot has been on 1% charge for the past three days. please what could I do now.

Have u tried another charger.

Lol. Had this same problem few months back, turned out the charging port was damaged. Take it to a gionee store, they should know better.

yes. i bought the charger i am just two weeks ago. in any case other charger is doing the same thing

was the problem solved. was it repaired at no cost in view of the so call guarantee. There is no gionee store at ile-ife. i bought it at slot ife

oh.. I paid like 4k for repair,at onitsha. It musnt be exclusively a gionee store.. Look for all these phone stores with gionee logo on it.
