The Inspector-General of Police IGP Solomon E. Arase fdc, NPM, on 16th June, 2016 unveiled the Nigeria Police Welfare Reward Card (POLCARD) at the IGP’s Conference Room, Louis Edet House, Force Headquarters, Abuja.
