I was talking about Nigerians abroad. Most people would rather cook their own stew. If you're going to cook the rice, why not cook the stew?
Of course, for some, this is a welcome idea. I just don't think it will be a huge hit. We already have all sorts of canned stew availabe already. Some people even use chinese hot sauce for naija rice abroad. Naija food hasn't reached there yet. Maybe the indomie generation will welcome it. The 80's folk still prefer home cooked stew that is fresh.

This is a lovely innovation that will even create employment opportunity for some Nigerians abroad.

And it's interesting to see how everyone is praising this lady and overlooking the fact that she is in the hijab. No one is attaching religion to her creativity now o. But assuming she has done something wrong, her hijab becomes her first criticism and Islam a condemnation.

I hope we as Nigerians will stop sentimentality.
