1) You can apply directly to institutions abroad for placement.
FACT:

Yes you can; but 90% chance is you’ll not be offered an unconditional admission because of a barrage of requirements you must fulfil.
And of course would demand you pay 100% tuition upfront.

2) You must obtain test scores in TOEFL/IELTS before you could get an unconditional offer an international student.
FACT:

It’s NOT compulsory for all Nigerian students to have any of the English test scores to study in any foreign institution with English as the native language.

3) You must have tons of cash/deposit in your bank account to study abroad
FACT:

You don’t need fat cash or bloated figure in your sponsor’s bank balance to convince immigration officers who’ll decide your visa application;

4)You need huge FOREX to fund your education abroad.
FACT: A BIG LIE!

You can actually study abroad and pay/fund your living costs in Naira (N); free from FX hassles.
