Vacancy: Confidential Secretary (Male)
Following on-going re-positioning and change Management process in ECWA Theological Seminary, Igbaja, Kwara State, we are looking for a vibrant, energetic, intelligent and committed Christian to fill the position of confidential Secretary within the Seminary.
KEY Requirements
 OND in Secretarial Studies/ Office Tech Management/ Public Administration / Mass communication or NCE English Double Major/office Management or related courses.
 Two (2) years cognate experience.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate as well as proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages with typing speed of 30wpm.
 Responsible for the execution of secretarial duties, Management and Organization of the Provost’s office.
 Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, agendas and or minutes of meetings.
 Maintain strict confidentiality, and interact professionally with all levels of Management, staff, students and visitors.
 Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving in the office of the Provost.
 Make travel arrangements for related local and overseas trips
 Convey, coordinate, supervise, pursue and follow up on the instructions by the Provost to the respective management staff.
 To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Provost.
 Must be a member of Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA)
 Must not be more than 30 years.
