The topic is self explanatory, i believe land is one of the main things that's hindering some of us from going to farming

e.g Myself

I have seen on one or two places on the internet on how people get land from the govt for agriculture

and all they have to do is pay a token and the land is available to them all year round.

So please anybody in the house who can point me(us) in the right direction.

you might not need to tell me everything self, just show me where to go to first..

i only said i can't afford a land of 25 million

i am sure some farmers here didn't use 25 million to buy their first farmland

go to village and talk to Obas.they will arrange it for you.
na 25 k per slot for my village and I'm sure rent can be negotiated.
also ministry of Agric can be? talked to to help arrange either directly (less than likely) or as brokers for villages or farmers that want to sell or lease their land

Nairaland is not where you advertise such exotic lands! Go and meet politicians! After buying an hectare for one million, I wonder what you will plant that will give you commensurate returns

Oh really?...maybe you should look for a more lesser one like 24mil own, that shouldn't be a problem for any startup farmer especially the ones with less than 100k

I get village, just that i want to reduce cost of operation so as to achieve maximum profit

Gaskiya it won't won't easy getting a cheap farmland with those specs. But you can renting .

The land I was talking about earlier is that expensive because it's on th highway a also is close to a train station.

Do you need a Farmland or Residential Land or Property in Ibadan, Oyo State.
At the moment i have 20 acres farmland at eruwa, oyo state. I also have 2 plots 1080sqm in a nice location in along akala way, akobo, ibadan.
