I've been using mecure for years. The challenge I have with mecure is that you get no one to talk to.. Just take your sample and give you your result. One on one interaction is off kind of. In fact if you don't know the exact name of test you want ehn, the lady at the reception is too busy to assist you nii.
I once tried pathcare.. It was expensive o but I may just use path care this time around.. Ignoring the cost. There's one on the island.
I'm still waiting for more suggestions my sisters o. I want a place with accurate result and a good doctor to talk to.

The gud thing about some seemingly difficult situations like these is dat d solution cud jst be one little thing dt God has been trying to show us 4 a long time n we just refuse 2 see it because we are too busy focusing on how big d problem is n how gigantic d solution will be. Look closer n inward, listen to dt still small voice saying "dnt give up child, I knw d condition of ur tubes but it is not as complicated as u think, nothing is impossible 4 me to do". OK, I'll summarize..
I was at the fertility clinic today, I met the doctor who I actually already booked appointment with 5yrs ago but at that time I couldn't afford 50k treatment talk less of these millions fertility clinics are used to. I've heard alot about him and I confirmed it today. He's the first doctor that I feel really feels what I feel. He's awesome. He quickly confirmed my bfp with blood test! Remember I told you I was spotting in the morning? I actually wanted to work for few hours in the office before going nii o.. When I realized I was spotting ehn I called taxi straight nii and off I went!!
When I told him about the spotting he immediately told the nurse to give me a shot of clexane. He said my comprehensive pregnancy result will be out by the time I visit again so we can monitor the numbers. Immediately I was placed on progynova, cyclogest, clexane and pregnacare plus. He gave me packs of the drugs to go home with and the clexane shot too.
Though I'm scared of the side effects of drugs but you know how one feels when a doctor is trying to make things work out well for you.. He was in action! I later asked why he didn't wait for my results before doing all these and he said he does not want to take chances after my 7yrs history of recurrent miscarriage. All these while he didn't discuss bill o... He was just trying to get things fixed and I was so happy... Me wey don talk say I no dey do hospital wahala again before.
Okay.. Shey I've been happy all through bah? Then the nurse gave me my bill.. Registration and management of the preg till I'm '12 weeks'... In quote because it stops there... They don't offer ANC services. The bill was half a million and I was like... Yeh! I don't have a tokunbo golf 3 to sell to get this money o... I pinged DH and he's like ah... No money o.. But then I was well attended to.. D money plenty but I want my own babies.. I immediately transferred all I have in my account as deposit nii. Since today is payday.. I know I'll have something to spend.. I paid 20%..only God knows how I wan take pay balance.. I want to beg doc to give me discount sef...let a good samaritan momma help me with the balance o.. Lol. How I wish the money will cover all 40weeks management! DH was like eh.. You didn't do ivf nah.. Anyways, those drugs I mentioned above, the tests and scan between now and 12 weeks if I have to pay for them without going to the clinic.. Hopping from lab to pharmacy... It'll cost something too nah.. Abii mommas won't I spend close to 200k? Just thinking aloud... Pls tell me what you think about these costs.
Bottomline... Clinic staff and doctor were awesome.. I'm now on drugs and injection plus monitoring... I'm fine right now and pray I remain fine for 9months and beyond.

You need to check if you are really ovulating or not. Have you done a hormonal assay recently after the MC? Cos usually when a woman gets pregnant her body already conditions itself to start breastfeeding. Thereby causing some women to have milk discharge after MS.
So do a profile test to check your hormones, prolactin levels in particular... Then you can take it from there.

First I would say go and register with your team members on the pregnancy group

Second, you are not meant to be hopping around ooo. If the doctor did not add bedrest to your prescription, im adding it now. you need maximum bed rest. As in you only leave your bed to bathe.. Take about a week off from work if possible and observe absolute bedrest.

500k is quite a lot of money ooo especially these hard times. But remember that people pay way more than that for ivf that has a 50/50 chance of success. So they don't even have a guarantee of bfp yet they pay with faith just to enjoy the motherhood. If the 500k covers cost of progesterone support until 12 weeks, its not too bad. Although some mamas in the pregnancy thread take their progesterone till 18weeks and more. The only cost i know of is cyclogest and it used to be 4800 for 200mg before dollars rose. Just ensure you get enough drug supply that would see you through after your first trimester.

As for full bed rest.. Hnmm.. I went on leave in March/early April.. That was when serious bdn ended up in bfp o... To take another leave now.. My Oga go open eyes. FSH is often used as a gauge of ovarian reserve. In general, under 6 is
excellent, 6-9 is good, 9-10 fair, 10-13 diminished reserve, 13+ very hard to
stimulate. In PCOS testing, the LH:FSH ratio may be used in the diagnosis. The ratio is usually close to 1:1, but if the LH is higher, it is one possible indication of PCOS.

You don't seem to have PCOS but your very high FSH is not good, it's indicative of diminished ovarian reserve. Your Day 21 Progesterone showed that you ovulated very well Drs would usually want to see a value of 10 and above in an unmedicated cycle to say that good Ovulation happened and 15 and above in a medicated cycle. Were you on any Ovulation drugs?

Your Prolactin is very high so you need to treat it either using alternative methods ie Ewedu + Vit B6 + Cabbage or Orthodox by taking either Dostinex or Parlodel or Bromegon, Bromocriptone.

My suggestion will be to go on Ovacare or Ovaboost to help your eggs and also Omega 3,6,9 all through the cycle to balance out your hormones and to help with your FSH and LH. Vit B6 is also very beneficial both for the high Prolactin and the LH & FSH but above all Pray and seek out a Fertility Specialist if you haven't already.
