Hmmm.... This would have been a perfect result but the motility is poor at 34% Excellent s*perm count...... That's quantity. Motility..... That's s*perm movement. As much as we need a considerable count, motility (speed) and morphology (form/shape) are very important parameters too to consider. They should be at least average. In this case, out of the 180 million per ml, 34% move fast as they should, 3% move very slowly (which means they may die before they reach the egg), and a whooping 64% do not move at all (which means they're dead). Now, that should be alarming but I see he was abstinent for 7 days. That could be the cause of the poor motility. Left to me, 3-5 days abstinence is okay before SFA. 7 days will give a false reading with lots of dead s*perm cells which may be the case here. At the same, it may be that his motility is indeed low. My suggestion? Kindly place him on supplements that can help such as Addyzoa or Fertilsan M, etc. I can't remember the others. You need to ask folks here which particular one helps motility. Or do your own research to pin point the one that boosts motility. Then in addition to the above, place him on Zinc, Vit C & Vit E (Vit C and E are antioxidants.... good to flush out toxins causing his cells to die quickly). As for diet, increase his banana intake. Good afternoon ma'am, please went to see doctor yesterday to rant about my last hydrotubation since February I keep asking them since is general hospital they give me different results one will said is successful and one will say is not , so yesterday I met with the particular doctor that perform it he direct me to a consultant and he checked my result to my surprise the hydrotubation is perfect and I was ask to buy clomid , vitamin E, folic acid and fertlilady pls where can I get FERTLILADY plass .
