That's one of the reasons it's not good to have a calendar. Sex should be enjoyed not counted. Try to find sth that can put you both in the mood. Sometimes talking about past experiences can trigger the urge esp for men. It is well with you.
Thanks, sis. I pray we are able to make it work today. Once again, thank you.

Okay, thank you Ma.
miraclebaby:
I think you're stressing so much about baby making and that might be your only delay.
From what you wrote, I'll advise you both test for infection, and treat together if any. Infection is not something one has to take likely or suspect and treat without testing to know the best antibiotics. This can only make it worse. So pls get tested for infection and also let your dh run seminal fluid analysis at same time.
Also note that repeating intercourse twice a day does not encourage conception and might even delay since there might not be enough matured spermatozoa in the fluid. It is recommended to bd every other day or at least 3 times a week. This will give room for relaxation and more matured sperm to be readily available.
I know it's not easy to say relax, but then it's actually necessary to relax. You may find something that can distract you often. Charting your cycle is already a good thing but don't limit your sexual life to ovulation period. It should just serve as a reminder to you. You may find it may affect your dh emotionally sometimes and the little man will not perform. I've been there, that I even have to start hiding my fertile days from dh. He'll only get to know when it's past and asked if we did the do, and I'll say yes.
There's no hard and fast rule, but don't get yourself worked up and don't play with fertility drugs that your body doesn't need. Always work with a specialist of you feel there's sth wrong and be sure tests are carried out. Fertility blessings as we await your testimony soon.

Hi dear. What time of the day do you take your folic acid and vitamin E? Do you think it's best taken in the night or morning, and is it also taken on empty stomach. I take mine whenever I remember and I think that's wrong.

It is not advisable to take throughout the cycle if u r GTC.There has been some concern that taking vitamin E supplements might be harmful to the fetus when taken in early pregnancy. However,Its best taken the day after your period stops to the day before your ovulation.

good evening mama's in this house, Pls I want you all to raise your voice to the almighty God, he should treat my case as urgent and bless me this month.

So, I went to the general hospital today, being Thursday, my clinic day, when it got to my turn, the doctor went through my file and asked me what the problem was, as I was trying to explain he just cut me short saying " infertility is not an urgent case, come in one month time after the corona virus epidemic is over" after paying consultation fee, and spending transport in this hard time. I forgive him though, and I pray that since man has refused to treat my case as urgent, God in his infinite mercy will take my case up and put the devil to shame.

Hi Dear,Folic Acid n Vit E is best absorbed with food.I took mine(Folic n Vit E) at night immediately after food reason because I was on another supplement(pregnacare conception) which I used in the mornings so either ways it doesn't matter.Breakfast is an important meal n staying hydrated always is beneficial too.My husby was also on Vit E, C n Folic acid.
Vit E is vital in woman's fertility as it helps create a conducive environment(cervical muscus) where the sperm can easily swim from the virginal to the uterus where the egg is.Naturally,Fertile cervical mucus will actually help sperm move towards the egg, however if ur cervical mucus isn't fertile enough, sperm can't survive for days.

An adnexal mass is a growth that occurs in or near the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and the connecting tissues. They’re usually benign, but are sometimes cancerous.

Some of them are filled with fluid, and some are solid. Doctors tend to be more concerned if they’re solid. The majority of masses don’t require treatment and will disappear on their own within a few menstrual cycles. Adnexal masses can occur at any age.

What are the symptoms?
There are often no symptoms present with an adnexal mass. They’re usually discovered during a routine pelvic exam. However, an adnexal mass can cause symptoms in a few cases. These symptoms can include:

pain in the pelvic region
irregular periods in women who are experiencing premenopause
bleeding at the site of the mass
difficulty with urination
frequent urination
constipation
gastrointestinal disorders
Whether or not symptoms are present often largely depends on the size of the mass. Since these symptoms can be present in many different conditions, it’s important that you seek advice from your doctor if you experience them. Your symptoms will require further investigation.

What are the causes?
There are many hundreds of causes of adnexal masses. The most common causes are described below.

Ovarian cysts
Ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs that develop on the ovaries. They’re very common. In fact, many women will experience at least one in their lifetime. Ovarian cysts are usually painless and don’t produce symptoms.

Benign ovarian tumors
An ovarian tumor is an abnormal lump or growth of cells. They differ from cysts in that they’re solid masses rather than filled with fluid. When the cells inside the tumor aren’t cancerous, it’s a benign tumor. This means it won’t invade nearby tissues or spread to other parts of the body. Depending on size, they may or may not produce symptoms.

Ovarian cancer
Ovarian cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer in women. Abnormal cells in the ovary multiply and form a tumor. This tumor has the capacity to grow and spread to other areas of the body. Symptoms are usually present in ovarian cancer and can include:

fatigue
indigestion
heartburn
constipation
back pain
irregular periods
painful intercourse
Ectopic pregnancy
An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilized egg doesn’t make it to the uterus and implants in a fallopian tube instead. Ectopic pregnancies are unable to grow to term. If the egg continues to grow in the fallopian tube, the tube will rupture and cause heavy bleeding. This will cause sudden and severe pain and internal bleeding. Untreated ectopic pregnancies can be fatal for the woman.

What are the treatment options?
If the adnexal mass is small and you have no symptoms, then it may not require treatment at all. However, your doctor will likely want to monitor you with regular pelvic exams and ultrasounds.

Surgery will be needed if:

the mass begins to grow
you develop symptoms
a cyst develops solid elements
Once removed, the adnexal mass will be tested to determine whether or not the cells contained within it are cancerous. If they are, further treatment may be required to ensure all cancerous cells have been removed from your body.

How is this diagnosed?
Adnexal masses are usually diagnosed by a pelvic exam, ultrasound, or both. Often, in cases when the woman isn’t showing any symptoms, the growth is detected during routine exams.

Once diagnosed, your doctor will decide if your case is an emergency. Usually it’s not, and your doctor will have time to investigate what’s causing the mass and the best way to proceed.

Imaging and lab tests can be used to determine the underlying cause of the adnexal mass. Your doctor will also probably have you take a pregnancy test to rule out an ectopic pregnancy, since this will need immediate treatment.

Adnexal mass in pregnancy
Ideally, an adnexal mass would be discovered and treated before a woman gets pregnant to avoid complications. However, adnexal masses are sometimes discovered during a pregnancy when having routine ultrasounds or pelvic exams.

Since the majority of adnexal masses aren’t harmful and mostly resolve on their own, it’s usually considered appropriate to monitor the mass closely during pregnancy without treatment.

Surgery would only be considered if:

your doctor suspects that the adnexal mass is malignant
a complication occurs
the mass is so big that it’s likely to cause a problem with the pregnancy
About 10 percent of adnexal masses discovered in pregnancy are malignant, according to one 2007 clinical review. Even in these cases, the cancer is usually in its early stages. This means the outlook for the mother is good. If a malignancy is discovered in your pregnancy, your doctor will allow your pregnancy to progress for as long as is safely possible before intervening.

What’s the outlook?
The majority of adnexal masses aren’t harmful. They won’t require treatment unless a woman is experiencing uncomfortable symptoms. Many adnexal masses will resolve themselves without any intervention.

In a very small number of cases, the cause of the adnexal mass will be ovarian cancer. If the cancer is found and treated before it’s spread outside of the ovary, the five-year survival rate for ovarian cancer is 92 percent, according to the American Cancer Society.

Most ovarian cysts will likely go out on their own however, my concern is in the size of your cyst spanning more than 62mm which is quite sizable. I had cyst that was there for more than 1 year and the size was always between 32 and 35mm which doctors said it was small and won't cause a harm because there are severe cases where cyst ruptures. Mine gave me troubles and worries following severe dysmenorrhea and fever when menstruating. The good news is that I didnt know when it disappeared. May I suggest that you check every month to make sure that it's not growing everyday or it remains at that size. Overall, it's nothing to worry about but its good you are also aware that it can cause harm if it keeps growing in size.

Today is my supposed ovulation day but DH and I are fed up. We have been dtd every 3 days but this evening, oga said he didn't feel like. Both of us are pressing our phones now. In as much as I am fed up, I don't want to miss tonight's opportunity. And again, I have being searching for ewcm but I haven't seen any. Just confused.
Baby dust to us all

its normal to feel that way, to reduce the stress, best to start bding 4 days before ovulation, also to keep the sperm fresh, try to bd 4days again, before the beginning of the 4 days b4 ovulation, hope you understand what i mean.
ie if your ovu is say cd 15, best u bd on cd 8...rest/conserve your energy, then bd on cd 11/12 and then every other day till ovulation.

From my experience, it has no business with your ovulation. You will ovulate. To clear your doubt, after your period during the days you think is your fertile days do a transvaginal scan, you will be shown the follicle and the ovary that will release an egg for the month.

Please don't be worried, women have a complex body, if you check you must always see a concern problem. You are fine trust me

It depends on your body system or how far your prgnancy has gone. It can take as long as 3 months for some. But more that ovulation occurs before period will come, reason some women never see period but take in immediately after miscarriage. So you need to relax and allow your body to be ready for ovulation. Remember stress can delay ovulation, which will in turn make period not to come.

Seek a second opinion if possible from a specialist hospital. They didn't specify if the mass is cancerous or not as they're not sure. If it's not cancerous and not disturbing you there might be no need for surgery but only doctor can confirm from its position and nature
