If you have pains during your menses
Read along.

There is a 100% chance that your Pelvic is inflamed. You should only have mild cramps and not pains that travel all round like some people experience.

Sometimes, inflammation starts from the vagina as just yeast infection, but as it is not properly treated, it migrates to the uterus and after a while begins to accumulate fluids, that is when scan picks it up as PID, by this time, it has eaten deeper than you can imagine.
You can still arrest it at this point if you find the right cure.
But what we see mostly is people treating the symptom. Once it goes away, they end treatment and think they are ok.
It will surely return and when it return, it comes deadlier than before. This time, more resistant.

At this pelvic inflammatory stage, alot begins to go wrong in the pituitary gland and it's secretion of hormones (FSH and lh) because of the inflammation ongoing in the uterus. Hormonal imbalance sets in.
The imbalance in hormones give rise to complications like polys, Fibroid, Uterine cyst, endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia, adenomyosis and all

Inflammation climbs to the fallopian tube and blocks it . Sometimes with fluids(hydrosalpinx) sometimes with mucus build up which is typical on all inflammatory response.

The ovaries are not left out . It gets to the ovaries which are responsible for estrogen and progesterone secretion, invariably contributing to hormonal imbalance . Complications like ovarian cyst, endometrioma, and many more show up.

And the list continues.

Why am I writing this?
We have so gotten accustomed to menstrual pain ( inflammation )that we see it as normal. Whereas , that is our body's first signal that something is going wrong in there.
We suppress it with felvin and co not knowing we are only postponing our dooms day. Giving it more room to deepen it root in us.

I know you will say, pain is normal. All the ladies you know with menstrual pain are carrying their babies. Yes, it's true, but your body and that person's body is not the same. Just like the case of this Benue State Covid19 index case, She is creating scene in the news, refusing medication because she isn't showing symptoms even after weeks of isolation versus Abba kyari who didn't should signs intially buy died in isolation. That how these things play out. Your body's immunity response will determine who comes out strong and who doesn't. Aunty A may have all these and still take in anytime she tries, Aunty B may not be so lucky until she addresses the root cause. Which is inflammation.

I hope this helps someone out there to find solution comprehensively. Don't ignore that pain sis. It's only an inflamed organ that pains. Pain is not normal. You were not created to have such pain. Yes there will be mild contraction when the Uterine lining shades, but not severe pain.
Find solution asap.
And let it be a comprehensive solution, one that goes down to the root and not just cut off the symptoms

Thanks for this.

But how about a case where we have gone to the hospital and all but there has not been any solution.

Hello mothers and mothers to be pls I need your advice and recommendations.
I got married at the age of 26, 4 years ago as a virgin but it's been a difficult journey so far. My husband rarely have sex with me the highest is twice in a month, other times when I make demands or try to seduce him it ends in fight and he will avoid me for days by coming home late or sleeping in another room. We went to the hospital and did all test which confirmed that I was fine but my husband had a low count after alot of different things the count has improved but sex is still non existent. I was hoping to use the lockdown period to improve our sex life and if God wills conceive but we havent had sex in the 3weeks at all because he can't get an erection no matter what I do. Mothers pls what can I do? Has anyone experienced this? We have used all manner of herbs and drugs, we have even tried to ignore the problem and relax yet no result.

The Most Important Thing is Love and Fear Of God.

I narrate this story to encourage all those who are TTC not to give up in showing love to their spouses and to have the fear of God. I prayerfully and earnestly look forward to the day my wife will carry our baby in her arms with a smile in her eyes.

This is so inspiring, may God answer all our prayers and grant everyone of us the desires of our hearts.

God bless you for this inspiring post.

Staph infection was detected, though moderate but you need to treat it. Count is ok too but motility needs to be worked on.

sorry about the situation.
poor erection in males is a complex issue, could be caused by so many different/personal/sensitive factors. the man himself needs to throw away shyness and take charge of the situation. its best he visists a hospital and opens up to a doctor, as some of the causes could be personal/sensitive.... but he could try these, for a few weeks while preparing to meet a doctor. its the poor erection that is making him run away from you grin grin. poor erection and premature ejaculation go hand in hand. over exposure to porn and masturbation follow dey cause this isse sometimes

are you guys sexually exposed?, if yes, you could give you a Mouth Gig, while he is relaxed and sleeping, to see if he would get an erection [thats the best time for any man to get an erection- as he is relaxed, and his mind is free], if he gets an erection, my sister..mount and ride away grin grin, however try not to overuse this style and keep it for special days when you are ovulating

let him stop smoking, soft drinks, process ed sugars, flour, soy products, especially this popular viju milk, he should take up exercising, like moderate jogging, swimming, lawn tennis etc. take ginger, garlic first thing in the morning, or last thing at night, eat more fruits especially dabino, watermelon[including chewing the seeds], cucumber
go to a lab and do a testerone test, cost btw 7k to 12k.

lastly, the sperm count he did, was any infection detected?. some infections and chronic malaria sometimes causes poor erection in males

you should begin to see results in abt 3wks, if the cause of his issue isnt psychological.

Mild growth of staph aureus which I believe is responsible for high immotile and abnormal super.
Kindly treat. Sperm count, however, is ok.

Every other hormone besides progesterone is ok. As a result, suggest you will need a higher level of progesterone for the mid-luteal phase.

I have been expecting AF since Saturday/Sunday but haven't seen it. Took urine PT yesterday and it was negative. Did the salt and urine thing and it came back positive. The last pregnancy I miscarried was confirmed on the 63rd day of my cycle. Baby dust to us all.

progesterone is low, you likely didnt ovulate last cycle, or are not ovulating at all. follow up with a tvs during your next cycles ovulation window. .how long is your cycle?
also follow up with egg and ovulation boosting supplements
