I was told I have bilateral polycystic ovarian cyst. I got to find out during follicular tracking from CD 10 through CD 19.
I guess that was the reason I wasn't ovulating.

I asked my gynaecologist way forward, he asked me to come when my period begins. That he needs to stimulate me to ovulate.

Is there any natural means of clearing up the cysts
I'm weighing 80kg.

Pls experienced momma's, guide me pls.

Found out I was pregnant after using m2tone, ovacare And evening primrose. But unfortunately, after about 5 days late...all the symptoms of pregnancy started disappearing... Repeated the PT and it was negative and period resumed the following day, was so devastated! Was already 4wks5day!!

My questions;

Should I have continued with the m2tone and evening primrose?

Started duphaston on day 15 and stopped on day 26... should I have continued?

Is it as a result of hotness in the womb. Hence, I supplemented with evening primrose?

Dear Mama, from your post, the culprit there is your weight (80kg). You have to try and work on reducing your weight by living a healthy lifestyle with diet and touch of exercise.

In 2019, I had similar issue, (Bilateral polycystic ovaries). My gynaecologist kept bumping me with ovulation drugs(Clomid) which further altered my body systems and created more problems to me.
There was no success... Then, I was weighing 85kg.
I stopped every treatments and went on my own to research extensively about PCOS, i discovered that my weight was the culprit.

WIDD
2020, I placed myself and my husband on a healthy lifestyle. No soda, No alcohol.. No Junk foods... No Canned food... Everything natural, greeny and healthy.
I joined a Facebook group called Healthy lifestyle with Kaffy... I followed all their routines with prayers...

Two months into it, I was so consistent and I lost some weight.from 85kg to 75kg, that month, I started ovulating on my own and I took in that month without any ovulation drugs.

Stimulating you with ovarian cysts will most likely make things worst.it could result into multiple eggs developing, but not growing to maturity. I experienced it. With lots of pain join. Let him deal with the PCOs first, unless it is ignorable. You will testify soon.Diet change, inositol play important role in handling PCOS

Hey Mama, please don't be tired.
I perfectly understand how you are feeling because I was in that situation this past years coupled with series of miscarriages at 5 Months...
But I never gave up, the focus was to carry my baby and God came through for me.

Please, focus on reducing your weight.
The egg white discharge and mid cycle pain are not indicators that ovulation has occured.

Asking for a friend please, because I couldn't give him accurate answer as there was no motility stated. But he said the physician said motility is in the active. The question is, are these parameters enough to get a woman pregnant? Is Active also motility?

Yes by all standards, they are okay and enough to get a woman pregnant

Never use evening primroseoil after ovulation. It is counterproductive to what you seek to achieve. You only need it from menses to ovulation.
If you are having internal heat, do blood test for infection and treat it

Even with pcos, you may still ovulate occasionally but not always. Achieving a healthy BMI will help you stay fit and ovulate more often. It will equally help you avoid future diabetes.

I want to see a specialist but I'm confused whether to see a medical lab consultant in a well experienced laboratory instead of a gynaecologist because getting to see a gynaecologist is a bit difficult for me now.

My biggest problem at the moment is that I've been having vagina discharge with foul smell which mostly happen after my period since 2020, i have carried out HVS, urine culture severally with yeast treatment but to no avail, it keeps reoccurring
Recently, I'm also having irregular cramps
I'm worried coupled with the fact that I am yet to conceive

Do a pelvic scan.
Reoccurring infection can be a sign that you already have Pelvic inflammatory Disease which is the no 1 cause of infertility

Foul smell might be due to bacterial vaginosis (bv) and do you have pain after ovulation?

Yes my husband got his own treatment too at a time, we both treated eachother and it kept reoccurring
But even before i got married when i had no partner, it kept on reoccurring
Most of the treatments i usually had was fluconazole cream, vagina insert and at some points ciprofloxacin, it would stop for like 2 weeks and resume again then stop for a while and continue again

Have you try the fluconazole drugs instead of the cream ask the pharmacy to recommend the best brand they work more than each other cant remember the brand I used
Also diet can be a culprit less sugar more on probiotics food and vegetables.
Also hvs should find out which infection you have and what antibiotics you react to

well Their are chances of giving woman Belle with the volume since it's only one sperm that is needed to fertilze an egg. The quantity also depends on how frequent you ejaculate. If their is any other issue you feel free to talk to your doc esp on drugs to improve the sperm quality and quantity. Thanks
