Somewhere at the back of our mind, we know we are going to die. Understanding that death can come to us at any moment.
There are a lot of ways you can look at life and define it, but at the end of the day, the best definition could probably be that it’s just one long death march. We all die. It’s inevitable. It’s also not something that we can avoid.
So, it’s better if you treat each and every moment like it’s the last. More so when it comes photos, because who knows, the photo of yourself you’re taking or what you're doing right now could very well be your last.

6. Final moments: Actor Paul Walker is pictured for the last time on November 30 before this Porsche Carerra GT smashed into a pole and burst into flames, killing him and the driver, his friend Roger Rodas.

The shuttle exploded 73 seconds after liftoff, killing the seven crew members.

8. Officer Ashley Guindon of the Prince William Co. P.D. upon her swearing in Friday Feb. 26th. She was shot to death during her first shift, Saturday Feb. 27th.

9. Petra And Gary Slok.

It was taken aboard the doomed Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17. The plane was allegedly shot down by pro-Russian separatists on 17 July, 2014, leading to an on-going international investigation. Everyone on-board Flight MH17 was killed in the attack, the full details of which are still being uncovered and confirmed. Gary Slok and his mother Petra Slok took this photo right before takeoff, making them among the victims of the tragedy.

10. Lady Diana, Princess of Wales.

This photo was taken by one of the paparazzi photographers in front of the vehicle, only moments before the fatal crash.

11. John F. Kennedy was the 35th President of the United States from 1961 until his infamous assassination in November 1963. While on a political trip to Texas, President John F. Kennedy was shot once in the throat, once in the upper back and once in the head. The above photo was taken only seconds before the shots were fired.

13. Keith Sapsford fell to his death from a Japan-bound DC-8 as it took off. In 1970, Keith Sapsford, a 14-year-old boy, died after falling from the wheel-well of a Tokyo-bound Japan Air Lines DC-8 taking off from the Kingsford Smith Airport at Sydney, Australia. John Gilpin, an amateur photographer, was testing his new camera lens as the plane took off and unwittingly caught Keith Sapsford’s 200 foot plunge to death.

I remembered one that happened early this year, I shaked him, wishing him safe journey only to hear the next moments that he had an accident, I didn't know him personally (we just met at a wedding) but I felt the pain.
