From a 'Sporting' point of view, this is good news for English Players and not so bad for the Super English Clubs.

It won't. Not all clubs have their countries in the EU. Shaktar Donetsk, Galatasaray, Monaco, CSKA Moscow, Basel, etc are in countries that are non members. But the currency difference will force them to develop their own players more as they will now pay much higher than other European clubs for players outside UK
