The EU was never a country, but a politico-economic union of 28 member countries that are located primarily in Europe. The truth is the majority of younger Brits are not happy about the outcome of the referendum, but ironically they mostly refused to vote and left it for the largely conservative older generation.

The atmosphere at the office today was one of uncertainty and displeasure, meanwhile the same people refused to go out yesterday to vote. The younger generation who are actually the ones to bear the consequences of leaving the successful union in the coming decades, have essentially done themselves in by their indifference to such a significant change to their national lives.

You cannot compare apple and oranges.

When will this man learn to keep quiet when intelligent people do what he will never comprehend or do even in his next generation. You shamelessly praise others but do the opposite of what they did.
