Top of the day.. Nairalanders.. A close friend of mine just told me that NYSC has been scrapped  Is dat really true? She said reasons being that Govt. Said the money being spent on the program yields no desired fruit, is too much also, thus they will reinvest the money into a better sector??What are your views about what this govt just did...? |
