This man was resisting arrest, but that was clear brutality and use of excessive force! The police officers deserve to be derained, dismissed from the service and tried accordingly.

Nigeria's police force needs urgent and long overdue reforms. Governments have come and gone, nothing has changed. Till we get a Federal government who understands this and implements these reforms, in addition to many others in other sectors, every government rates the same to me. As it stands, Buhari's government has not done anything new for protection and enforcement of civilian rights! Nothing has changed since IBB, Abacha, OBJ, GEJ etc.

That is not the way to go.Just watch how they will lay allegation against the guy that he was fighting policemen after they reach station.
Meanwhile,the police don't need constant changing of uniforms.They need change of orientation.
