There is a lady that complained to me even. That this same guy said he could help her withdraw her funds from her limited account and she gave him her login details only for the guy to change her password and has refused giving her back the Paypal account, not only her sef.

his adverts looks like a scamming one, he is willing to buy PayPal at 440 when others are begging to sell at 420-425 plus the one of the numbers he put on the advert appears to be the escrow for the deal please guard your money jealously and call off the deal he might even do charge back on paypal

That guy is a scammer! Block him on what's app sharply! When they start getting annoyed it is usually because they sense the scam is about to be exposed and their frustration boils over! His 2nd number is the one that sent you the escrow text!
