TOPIC: COMMON, COMPREHENSIVE SALVATION IN CHRIST

"Common" in this text doesn't mean "cheap" or "of low quality", rather, it means something that is for everyone, a necessity of life. So, the salvation is common, available for everyone who will be willing to claim it.
The salvation is also comprehensive, that is, it is multi-purpose, needed by everyone, and it emanates from above, divinely imparted.
"Beloved" as used by Jude is one who has given his/her life to Jesus Christ.
Jude gave all diligence, determination, discipline to write to the brethren. Some people don't give diligence to what they do, or what they hear from the pulpits. We must always put our focus and concentration on all we do in order to excel and get results.
A. UNIVERSAL CALL TO THE COMMON SALVATION. Jude 3; Isaiah 45:22.
Just as God is not stingy with all His physical provision: air, water, sunlight, etc. and He releases them for everyone's benefit, so He has made provision of salvation for everyone. Acts 2:21; John 3:14. As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so would Jesus be lifted on the cross for the salvation of the world.
Rom 10:11. Whosoever believes and calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
vs 12. The salvation is for the Jews, Greek, for everyone. It is a universal salvation.
I Tim 2:3-4. It is the will of God that all men be saved.
II Pet 3:9. God is not willing that anyone should perish but that all should come to repentance, regardless of tribe, race, status, etc.
Salvation saves from:
1. Pollution of sin
2. Penalty of sin
3. Power of sin
4. Presence of sin
B. THE UNMISTAKABLE COMPONENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE SALVATION. Jude 3
Salvation is comprehensive, that is, it has many parts. In it, we have:
1. Forgiveness
2. Freedom
3. Conversion
4. Reconciliation with God
5. Regeneration to someone new
6. Deliverance from demonic oppression
7. Adoption into the family of God
8. Sonship
9. A new life - new language, new affection
10. Redemption from the slave market of sin.
John 8:36; Acts 5:31; Psm 51:6-10, 12.
When salvation comes, so many good things come with it. Titus 2:11-14.
C. THE UNRELENTING (UNTIRING) COMMITMENT UNTIL THE CONSUMMATE SALVATION.
Some people get to the door, stay there, neither coming in nor going out. 3 basic steps for sinners to take:
1. ‪#‎Come‬ (to the Saviour) Isaiah 1:18
Come Out: of sin, darkness, evil
Come In: to the light, to the Saviour
Come Now
2. ‪#‎Continue‬ Matt 24:13; John 8:31-32
Continue in His righteousness
Continue until His revelation from heaven Matt 1:21
3. ‪#‎Conquer‬: satan, evil spirits. Rom 8:37; I Pet 1:3-5. Sickness Matt 8:16-17.
Multitudes gave their lives to Christ at the altar call. May they be established in Christ.
Then the prayer for miracle, and the miracles and testimonies came in torrents. How shall we praise this good God? A thousand tongues are not enough to praise Him. He doeth all things well and we in gratitude, will serve Him till the end!
May God continue to bless, honour, keep our father in the Lord. May the anointing and power of God on Him never run dry. May he never lose His reward in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
