I remember him for other reasons. He is a good family man, though.

If freedom means allowing every Tom, Dicck and Harry steal from the till unchallenged, then he is indeed an Ineffectual Buffoon.

If absence of freedom is bringing looters to justice, most Nigerians prefer they are locked up forever for their crime.

GEJ is everything a president should not be. Not assertive. Not inspiring. Not decisive. In fact, he was not really in charge of his government.

What would the small guy say? During his time a whole governor's plane was grounded, and also stopped on the way, and ordered back when he resorted to road transport.

A real food for thought. Remember he also said all those trooping to APC in the name of defection will come back empty-handed. Saraki, Kwankwasso and even the featherweight of Rivers (Amaechi) are sucking silently. You can't value what you have until you loose it.
