That was how as PTF boss he neglected the south east and the people kept shouting for some PTF projects. One day he sent some staff to a south east state and the then military governor asked them if there was any PTF project in the state that they came to inspect or commission

SE feels politically too weak to stand alone, attaching to the SS ( read Ijaws) is the only way they can feel their voice could be heard.
They now virtually look up to the Ijaws for political salvation and redemption.
