Anyway the only good android you can get that amount is fairly london use. And if you are buying it go for samsung or htc. Dont buy new one with that low amount cause you may fall into buying a clone or fake phone. The only new one you can buy with the above amount is itel product which i wont advise you to fetch cause is one of the low end mtk chipset android.

Just go for gionee m3 mini. 4.5" screen, Android version 5.1 lollipop, 4000mah battery, has 4G LTE network, 1gig ram.
As at January to March the price was roughly 18k then, but with the current naira to dollar crunch, the price might have changed though.

To get a good phone at this range is not certain,you know how the country is nah..well I use a l8 and I don't know if you might be interested,just get the l5 the guy wants to sell cuz I heard that one is 21k newly orso,I winder why the guy is selling it at 20k,too expensive

If to say Gionee M3 Mini is still i fo you should go for it but it battery may fit be lasting or draining i can't assure you that
