I completed my NYSC early this year, as usual have been job hunting, but have not been fortunate in securing one.
I saved up some money during my NYSC year, which I now want to use to set up a small business to help myself survive this harsh economy.
I want to set up a business of recharging phone batteries, reselling and selling of recharge cards in my community.
PLEASE ADVICE on how to go about such business.

NOTE: 1-My community doesn't enjoy power supply even though there are phcn cables connected to every transformer. (mowe, ogun state).
2- I have 100,000 for the business aside shop rent.
