- Planks x 50 @ 1,500 each = 75,000
- Rafter Timber 400 pieces @ 1,600 each = 640,000
- 5inc nails 2 bags 16,000
- 4inc nails 4 bags 16,000
- 3inc nails 2bags 16,000
- Anti Termite 4 gallons @ 4,500 each = 18,000
Engine oil 4 gallons 2500 each 10,000
Langa langa 1 bundle 3500

Total N 794,500

Is this price ok.

It all depends on how big the house is. There are 4 bedroom bungalows of 15m x 12m (49.2ft x 39.3) and there are others of 21m x 13m (69ft x 42.6ft).

The 790k isn't inclusive of Labour? It's too much then. 50 planks is also too much.
