This has actually happened to me on different occasions whereby someone touched me unconsciously and the person received a shock as if he/she touched a naked wire. I felt the same shock though mine wasn't severe. The same thing happened when it was done consciously before it finally stopped. Educationist in the house please enlighten us on this. |
