What you give yourself to determines what will make up your life and the level of your liberty. By all standard; as God's creation; you are created to be a blessing.

The Lord was so gracious enough to make His words available to lead us through the pathway of destiny. Therefore, the work of the counsellor (Holy Spirit) will not be effective to bring out the wonderful virtue of God in your life; if you fail to give yourself to meditating on the words of God.

Your blessedness in life is a function of how much you yield yourself to God's word. Gehazi was very close to Elisha who is the custodian of God's word to the people of that time; but he ignored the words of the Lord and he became a curse to his own household. Every man who became leprous in Gehazi's household will never forgive him.

Make yourself available to mediating on the word of God. The devil is winning the battle over many lives because he succeeded in hindering them from having time to meditate on God's word. Don't allow him to win the battle over your life. If you don't want to stand on the path of sinner nor have a sit among the scornful you must always yield yourself to God's word.
