Astute financials is looking for a web master.

We have a fully functional website and everything, but we would need a web-master, someone that would do all our coding work, website revamps, office collaboration software handling management or should we want to add some more features, basically he/she would be our company Techy guy.

What we are offering.

Since it's a start up company( doing fairly well though) and we are looking to minimize cost while we have a good team, we would be offering the following.

- A fully functional dedicated desktop computer, can be upgraded to his/her specifications for the webmaster.+ office corner.
- Free super fast internet facility wireless
- Free electricity always available 9-5pm
- Full office benefits and employee benefits
- Freedom to take outside jobs and still do them freely in our office so long it does not affect his/her office duties
- Freedom to meet his clients in our office, so long that opportunity is not abused.
- 10,000 monthly salary.

Specification.

Applicant must be very good in various languages, our website is written in PHP and CSS or whatever so obviously he/she must be good at this.
Applicant must have a fair knowledge of graphic design, even though we have an outside designer, in-house knowledge won't hurt and could reduce cost.
Applicant must have experience in various web design knowledge and must be creative and versatile.

Applicant must have experience and knowledge about Google ranking, online marketing, Adsense and many more

Applicant must be innovative and full of ideas

Applicant must be friendly, understanding and reasonable, we are all one big family at Astute Financials.

Astute Financials office is located in Ibadan and that's where applicant would be working, so Ibadan based webmaster or if applicant can relocate and sort accommodation on his/her own then all is cool.

Regarding a question we got,

Is the 10,000 Fixed.Can i bring along my own computer?

Answer: NO.

Its a Startup company, and obviously we do understand that Quality services don't come cheap, the target is to start with someone who shares the same vision with our team, its not really about money, but then this amount would be increased gradually within 60-90 days till we get to a reasonable amount depending on how effective we are as a team.

We do not really care about certificates.. What we care about is your practical knowledge and versatility.Ability to make things happen and zeal to build something worthwhile.

Yes, your computer also is allowed.
