Our client is a Cambridge certified primary and secondary in Lekki, Lagos. They are looking to hire a Principal to lead the school towards its goal of becoming an international Islamic school.

The job will require you to do the following:
1. The Principal will be responsible for establishing and promoting a high level of academic performance from all staff and students
2. He /she will supervise and evaluate all the school’s operational procedures, making sure they are consistent with its mission, values and goals
3. He/she will institute effective program evaluation, handle personnel management, office operations and any emergency procedures
4. He/she will be responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of students, staff and visitors
5. He/she will work with the board to meet the school’s needs and oversee general operations

Qualifications required:
1. A first degree and a Master’s in Education
2. At least 15 years classroom teaching experience and more than 5 in a senior managerial position
3. Also, you should be familiar with the Cambridge curriculum and exam administration
