That is against protocol. The police may be in trouble for releasing the riffle to him. The IG should advise him against future occurance.

despite no pix but its d fact, my inlaw was a mechanic working at the orji mecjanic village owerri north were this incident happend..rochas is a disgrace to democracy.he orderd d policemen to shot at the protesting mechanics they refused and he immediatly grabed d riffle and shoots in d air to scare people.
