I have been running some post on jobs, but every time I post it here, it gets removed, when am trying to help people, I guess this forum don't like that, ok, I won't put the link to all the jobs on our website, how ever, people that have been applying for jobs on share ideas, I heard some of you had job interviews, please tell me how it went

Well thats the point, the way my system works is that my clients remain anonymous, that way they don't get people calling them over and over even after the job has been taken. But no problem, my ads have been posted in the news papers now which brings people to apply for jobs, but I know some people from this forum went for the interview as my clients told me so.
