The Ijaw national leader Chief Edwin Clark said on Saturday that any dialogue between the Federal Government and militants in the Niger Delta would not yield result without involvement of Ijaw leaders.

Clark stated this at the Ijaw leaders consultative council meeting with Gov. Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa and Delta Deputy Governor, Kingsley Otuaro in Warri.

FG is only in dialogue with MEND but not the NDA.

Just for a second, imagine the oil in The Niger Delta region dries up. The ND region might be the poorest in Nigeria.

As soon as the oil is der, they'll dialogue.
They don't care about the people in that region, they don't care about the development of that region, they only care about more money to tuck into their fat stomachs.

Take heart Niger Delta, the road is so narrow

This Edwin Clark again!

The leaders in the SS/SE are the region's main problem. They're closely followed by the militants, the lazy and docile youths.

The hardworking and morally upright people there are very few.

Elders my foot. What did he do when GEJ was president. If u ask him now, he will tell u that he only give advise while Gej will take it or not is left for him. Then i ask him if GEJ refused to act on something that will benefit us why didn't u shout so that we will knw and take it over from him. Clark shld go and sit down we don't need any so call Elder again. They shld keep their ''Eldership'' at home.
