For those asking if such a transaction is possible, stop acting like it's not Nigeria we're talking about here. Transactions like this can and do happen - and all the time too, till this very date. Bank ethics apply only to the common man with his common account. But for the citizens that are more equal than other citizens, there are a different set of rules. Afterall, when the huge scandal of unserviced loans in the banks broke that turned Cecilia Ibru to a sick woman and Oceanic Bank to a thing of the past, were the names being mentioned regular, everyday Nigerians? So skip that line.

My problem is not with all the accusations and revelations and recriminations that have been floating about unabated. No, not at all. We just need to see people convicted and our monies returned. All these aren't going to help the common man or the Nigerian economy. So long as this is all we have, then it's story for the gods. Charge these guys to court and get our money back!

Nawa o, see gullible Nigerians talking about work ethics when 1.2billion is being looted unjustly. Why this politics of hate? Are guys sane at all?..do you have conscience at all?.. Do you think about generations coming at all. Even if EFCC say it caught obanikoro sleeping with your wife, as long it is coming from efcc, you will say "Na normal thing I no complain". You guys are just foolish honestly. You will get your rewards as enemies of progress by Gods grace. 1.2 billion will buy your generation and collect change..

God bless you Sir

Did you read the post atall. If u did and then went on to type this senseless comment your situation is beyond repair. This happened under the most corrupt civilian govt Nigeria has witnessed. So moving 1.2b must have been a joke.

grin grin You call me child?? you recall ur days with DEMDEM, wen u argue from morning till night!!

I don't want to argue with an old-time member like yourself. At least I know you have sense.

Let's not allow political differences to cause quarrel. I take back the 'child' comment and apologize. I trust you'll retract the 'bloody civilian' bit since that's a sore area for me.

Cheers!

Approach the court to do what exactly? Fayose has immunity, Obanikoro and his looting sons have fled. Investigation is still on going. Must you people with empty brain box comments?

I thought banks keeps their dealing with customer strictly confidential, the authorities backed by court order only request for financial records not staff contribution. This is violation of work ethic.
WHY DONT YOU GO AHEAD AND SUE THE GOVERNMENT.
SO YOU MEAN IT IS OK, FOR BANKS TO STRICTLY DEAL CONFIDENTIALLY WITH CORRUPT AND WICKED GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS WITHOUT STAFF CONTRIBUTION
