All our integrated solar street lights will get through 4 process , the inspection of the material , the production inspection ,the aging test , the inspection before making a delivery .

All our integrated solar street light uses high quality high luminous flux LED chip , including brand such as bridgelux , samsung , LG and also phillips. The battery we used are lifepo4 battery , which possess many advantage such as :

Why LiFePO4 Battery
LiFePO4 battery could be one of the best solutions for solar street lighting because of its unique advantage comparing to lead acid or gel battery,
Very Long Cycle Life
Nomo LiFePO4 battery could reach 2000 DOD (Depth of Discharge) cycles but still remaining 70% initial capacity, comparing to traditional lead acid battery with only average 300-500 cycles or some very best with 1000 cycles

Safety
LiFePO4 battery is not like Li-ion battery that used in our cell phone or mobile device that has explosion risk in extreme condition such as crash, burn or threw into fire etc. LiFePO4 has been proved by industry as very stable and safe chemistry structure and has very minimum risk to cause safety accident even in the most extreme condition.

High Energy Density
In the same volume, LiFePO4 has much higher capacity than lead acid battery because of its higher energy density. It could save a lot of volume and weight in the design and also save the transportation cost

No Memory Effect
LiFePO4 can discharge almost 100% of its initial capacity without damaging the battery structure, unlike lead acid battery that could only discharge 65-70% of initial capacity. The over discharge on lead acid battery will damage the battery´s cycle life dramatically.

Environmental Friendly
Unlike lead acid battery, LiFePO4 battery doesn´t include hazard material or heavy metal. It could be recycled much easier with very low cost.
