Following the allegations by Hon. Jibrin on the padding of the budget by the Speaker and his cohorts, another member of the House of Representative, representing Toro constituency in Bauchi state has come out to speak about what padding is.
Hon. Lawal explained in details how the padding is carried out and how it should be stopped. He was furious about what was done by the speaker and calls for the dissolution of the budget appropriation committee.
